Send Rosters via Email or SMS
With TimeTarget, communicating with your staff is easy. Staff can be notified of their shifts via email or SMS. In addition to this, staff can also be advised of their next shift when they clock off.
Staff Attendance

TimeTarget’s Time & Attendance kiosks ensures that honest staff are getting the best possible information and feedback from the kiosk while dishonest staff will start to understand that start and finish times are to be adhered to.
The kiosk further enhances the employees interaction by providing views of the their rosters, seeing their current timesheets, the ability to send and receive messages and the ability to be able to see their current availability map as well as make requests for leave.
Staff Leave
TimeTarget makes it simple for staff to tell you what days they can or can't work and when they want to take holidays. The use of a simple Weekly Availability map that not only includes periods of availability and unavailability but also includes preferred time, ensures that the needs of the workforce are being met while ensuring that the business gets the best value workforce when rostering. After the staff member requests leave, TimeTarget alerts the appropriate manager to undertake the approval process.

Payroll
Time Target’s built in award interpreter allows the award and contract rules to be loaded.
Managers have the ability to quickly authorise time sheets by exception instead of checking all the staff paper time sheets. As the time sheets are authorised and then processed, these award rules are triggered ready for interpreted data to be quickly uploaded into whatever payroll system you use.
